Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, VA Information Resource Center (VIReC), Research Service Edward Hines, Jr., VA Hospital, intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Fulcrum Vets, LLC, a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business to provide services in support of technical content development and editing for VIReC data knowledge products, in accordance with FAAR 6.302-5(b)(6) and VAAR 819.70. VIReC has a requirement for the contractor (Fulcrum Vets, LLC) to provide senior-level technical writing and data analysis services for the development of data knowledge products to support an ongoing research effort. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, any responsible source who believes it is capable of meeting the requirement may submit a capability statement to the contracting office no later than Wednesday, July 18, 2018 at 4:00 PM EST. Interest/capability statements may be sent to Elaine DiBucci at elaine.dibucci@va.gov. No telephone responses will be accepted. A determination not to compete the proposed requirement based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
