Description

Contractor shall provide maintenance of 16 SencorpWhite storage and retrieval systems located at Womack Army Medical Center (WAMC) and Joel Clinic, Fort Bragg, NC 28310. Maintenance include Unlimited on-site service calls for repairs on all machine-based failures; Unlimited Phone Support access to company Hotline; Response within 24 Normal Business Hours (NBH Coverage is described as Monday-Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, if not reconcilable by phone; Two (2) prescheduled Preventive Maintenance visits; Unlimited Remedial Service, including repair parts and service consumables; and no additional charges for on-site labor, travel, time, or expenses. The period of performance is 1 September 2018 through 30 September 2022. No telephonic request will be honored or returned. This is not a request for quotes at this time; however, if your company has information pertaining to these products, please send your capabilities statement for review.
