- July 12, 2018 NCO 23 Department of Veterans Affairs intends to sole source a Base + 4 Option years firm fixed price contract for Image Link server and software upgrade to Four points Technology, an SDVOSB, under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1. The period of performance will be 60 months, including a 12-month base period and four 12-month option periods in accordance with FAR17.206, Evaluation of Options. The current support is being performed by Hyland. Services will commence 1 October 2018 and will end no later than 30 September 2023. This contract will provide continuity of mission essential support services at VISN 23 locations. The VA requirements under this contract will include: Server upgrades across several locations and service support The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 334614 and the annual size standard is 1250 employees. This notice is published for informational purposes only and is NOT a request for competitive offers and a solicitation will not be issued, however, any firm that believes it can meet the requirements herein may submit a written response. All written responses must include a written narrative statement of capability, including detailed technical information demonstrating the company s ability to meet the requirements herein without disruption to the critical Image Link services at VISN 23 locations. Interested sources may identify their interest and submit capability information in response to this notice by 23 July 2018, 2:00 p.m. CDT, via email to harry.gramboiii@va.gov. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Government will not be responsible for any costs incurred by responding to this notice.
