Description: Contractor shall provide all labor and equipment necessary to demo roof flashing, approximately 1130 SF of built-up roofing system. Install a new vapor control layer, approximately 1130 SF of tapered insulation, and 3 ply torch applied roofing system, install new roof flashing and flashing to all penetrations and caulk as required. Remove and replace cap after new roofing is installed Next to Parapet. Replace caulking at the wall and header connection point flashing. (7 locations)
