- SOW Sample buy, used as first order N6893618R0005 Commercial Solicitation The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division (NAWCWD), China Lake, CA is soliciting for Electronic Components to meet the Government's requirement at China Lake. The Government intends to award Firm Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (FFP-IDIQ) multiple award, Small Business set- aside contracts with a period of performance of five (5) years. The products applicable to this procurement include, but is not limited to, the following: integrated circuits of all types, resistors, capacitors, inductors, transformers, passive semiconductor devices, connectors, connector contacts and pins, connector back-shells and strain reliefs, terminals, terminal blocks, fuses, relays, flexible circuits, switches, opto-electronic components, fiber optics related components and cabling, optical components, heat-shrinkable sleeving, encoders, decoders, power converters, power regulators, static and dynamic memory devices, potentiometers, electronic sub-assemblies, Global Positioning System (GPS) components, inertial measurement units, RF components, transmitters, receivers, transceivers, antennas, Ethernet and Network devices, data converters, transducers, power-cables, test cables, cable assemblies, cable adaptors, attenuators, couplers, mixers, isolators, amplifiers, receptacles, card locks, coaxial cable, wire, and wire braid. The Government estimates that all of the items represented by this requirement will be Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) items. ISO9001, AS9100, AS9110 and AS9120 certification is not needed for products applicable to this procurement. Each individual Deliver Order (DO) will delineate the required products and any special preparation or packing pertinent to the specific job. Products procured as part of this contract will be considered time critical. A reasonable and accurate delivery schedule will be required for each DO. The contractor shall be responsible for delivery of compliant items to NAWCWD China Lake. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency. Responses and questions may be submitted to NAWCWD Contracts Specialist Sonia Glenister by email : sonia.glenister@navy.mil PROCUREMENT TYPE Competitive Small Business Set-Aside The solicitation or Request for Proposal (RFP) will be posted on the FEDBIZOPPS website at http://www.fbo.gov/ on or about November 30, 2017. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. All responsible sources must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at the following website: https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. Going forward, all new entities registering in GSA's System for Award Management (SAM), as well as existing registrations being updated or renewed, will require the submission of an original, signed notarized letter identifying the authorized Entity Administrator for the entity associated with the Data Universal Numbering System (DUNS) number. Effective June 11, 2018, entities who create or update their registration in SAM.gov to apply only for federal assistance opportunities such as grants, loans, and other financial assistance programs, have a notarized letter on file within 30 days of registration. Additionally, Effective June 29, 2018, all non-Federal entities who create or update their registration in SAM.gov, have a notarized letter on file within 30 days of registration. It is recommended that all interested parties be aware that processing this additional information may take several days and are proactive in maintaining the SAM registrations in an "Active" status as the government cannot award to an entity without an "Active" SAM registration. Contractors must be certified through Defense Logistics Information Services (DLIS) in order to access Controlled Unclassified Information within FBO.
