A Technical Proposal and a Price Proposal is required with offer. A Bid Guarantee (bid bond) is NOT required. Liquidated Damages are NOT Required. US Department of Labor Construction Wage Determination is applicable and is included in the solicitation package. One Site Visit is scheduled for July 24, 2018 - see page 4 of solicitation document for additional information.
