- Sole Source J&A Statement of Work This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation: W912JV-18-Q-7014 is being issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). All solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-98. The NAICS code is 238210. This requirement will seek services under a base plus THREE option years contract. THE INTENT IS TO SET THIS PROCUREMENT ASIDE AS A SOLE SOURCE WITH CLIMATECH CORP. The following commercial items (services) are requested in this solicitation: Base CLIN 0001 ANNUAL SERVICES FOR AUTOMATIC LOGIC HVAC CONTROLS 12 Months. Period of Performance: 8/1/18 - 7/31/19 Option Period 1 CLIN 1001 ANNUAL SERVICES FOR AUTOMATIC LOGIC HVAC CONTROLS 12 Months. Period of Performance: 8/1/19 - 7/31/20 Option Period 2 CLIN 1002 ANNUAL SERVICES FOR AUTOMATIC LOGIC HVAC CONTROLS 12 Months. Period of Performance: 8/1/20 - 7/31/21 Option Period 3 CLIN 1003 ANNUAL SERVICES FOR AUTOMATIC LOGIC HVAC CONTROLS 12 Months. Period of Performance: 8/1/21 - 7/31/22 ***All services are to be performed in accordance with the attached performance work statement*** The location of contract performance is as follows: 173 FW Kingsley Field ANGB, Klamath Falls, Oregon 97603 The following provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition: FAR 52.212-1 -- Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial Items. Offerors rejecting the terms and conditions may be excluded from consideration.
