Description

In accordance with FAR 6.302-2 Unusual and Compelling Urgency, a delay in award of a contract would result in serious injury, financial or other, to the Government. The VA Medical Center Washington, DC has failing refrigerated units, these are Bally unit requiring custom door repair or replacement. Due to the immediate need the correction to these Commercial units the Government has awarded a firm-fixed priced contract to Veterans Healthcare Supply Solutions, Inc. a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). This is a one-time emergency repair award. This is not a request for competitive quotes or proposals. No telephone inquiries will be accepted.
