This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Solicitation 36C24818Q9401 is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation is being conducted under FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) and FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-98 effective May 31, 2018. This requirement is a Small Business (SB) set-aside. The NAICS Code is 562211 Hazardous Waste Treatment and Disposal. The Small Business size standard is $38.5 million. Type of contract will be a firm-fixed price. This combined synopsis/solicitation is to acquire services for the packaging, sealing, documentation, transportation and disposal of Radioactive Materials (RAM).
