Contracting Office Address: Department of Veterans Affairs Program Contracting Activity Central 6150 Oak Tree Blvd, Suite 300 Independence, OH 44131 The Veteran Affairs Northern California Health Care System (VANCHCS) has a requirement to purchase a Chemistry Analyzer meeting the salient characteristics listed below. The requested item shall be delivered to Go Energisitics Warehouse: Attn: GoE-VA Project, 13290 Contractor Dr., Chico, CA 95928. Item Number Description of Supplies Quantity Unit Unit Price Amount 0001 Analyzer, Chemistry Stat 1 Ea. Salient Characteristics Point of Care hand held CLIA waived chemistry testing system. System shall be able to test for the following analyses: ALB, ALP, ALT, AST, BUN, Ca, Cl-, CRE, GLU, K+, Na+, TBIL, tCO2, TP, CHOL, CHOL/HDL, nHDLc, HDL, LDL, TRIG, VLDL Panel test results in approximately 12 minutes Sample types: blood, plasma or serum LCD touch screen EMR connectivity through USB connection Storage- up to 5000 patient results stored Quality Control Protocol that provides automatic QC with every patient sample. Thermal Printer Wired or wireless data transfer into electronic medical record. This purchase will be made FAR parts 12 and 13. Please note that this is not a request for competitive quotes. Deadline date for the submittal is July 20, 2018 at 4PM Eastern Daylight Time. The anticipated award date is September 9, 2018. Delivery shall be no later than 60 days After Receipt of Order (ARO).
