NAICS Code: 238210 - Electrical Contractors and Other Wiring Installation Contractors Size Standard: $15.0 M Contracting Office Address FEMA Region VI Texas Recovery Office: 11000 Middle Fiskville RD, Austin, TX 78753 Description This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12.6, "Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items," FAR 13, "Simplified Acquisition Procedures", and FAR 15 "Contracting by Negotiation" as supplemented with addition information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation with quotes are being requested. This solicitation is a request for proposal (RFP). This RFP provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-99 dated June 15, 2018. This requirement is for new network cabling is required to provide connectivity to the FEMA Enterprise Network for all employees, printers, and phones throughout the office area as depicted in drawing. Network cables will be run from the IT closets to the cubicles, printers, office, and conference room in the area. The IT closets need to be connected via Fiber Optic Cables in order to communicate. Installs and upgrades are located at the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) Region VI TRO Offices in Austin, TX. Instructions All interested companies shall provide pricing responses for the required services as described on pg. 3 and provide Evaluation Information in response to Attachment 4. The Statement of Objectives on Attachment 3 shall be converted to your companies SOW to demonstrate an understanding of the requirement.
