FUEL TANK MAINTENANCE This is a solicitation for commercial items, prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR 12.6) as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Solicitation Number is 36C25618Q9754. All Clause, Provision, Terms and Conditions stated on the subsequence pages of this Combine-Synopsis/Solicitation are applicable and bidding in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-82. This solicitation is being issued set-a-side 100% for Service Disable Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB s). The associated NAICS code is 811118. The business size is 7.5 Million. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract for a Contractor to provide the service for Fuel Tank Maintenance for the Southeast Louisiana Veterans Healthcare System. Please see the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS), Question and Answer Form, Campus Map and Wage Determination Document. Quotes are due Friday, July 27, 2018 @ 2:00 PM CDT.
