Description

The North Texas VA Health Care System is seeking sources capable of meeting the requirement listed below. The acquisition will be accomplished using commercial item procedures in accordance with FAR Part 13. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) are 334516 and 339113. Any firms who wish to identify their interests and capability to provide this service must notify the Contract Specialist no later than NOON PM Central Time, July 17, 2018. SCOPE: Statement of Work for Flow Cytometer Upgrade Vendor will provide an upgrade for the existing Attune NxT Flow Cytometer that includes a Red Laser and AutoSampler that meets the outlined specifications below. Specifications Red Laser: Attune ® NxT Red Laser Upgrade Kit that is designed to expand the 637 nm excitation capabilities of the Attune ® NxT Acoustic Focusing Cytometer. Must enables the detection of APC, Alexa Fluor ® 700, and APC-tandem dyes for immunophenotyping, as well as many other functional reagents such as CellTrace ® Far Red for cell proliferation, LIVE/DEAD ® Fixable Far Red or Near IR dyes for viability, Vybrant ® DyeCycle Ruby dye for live cell cycle analysis, and far red exciting fluorescent proteins. AutoSampler: Key features Compatible with many different plate formats, including 96-well, 384-well, and deep-well plates Intelligent probe design minimizes clogging and carryover (<1%) and helps prevent damage to the instrument Mixes sample by aspiration to enable homogeneity of the sample and to maintain cell viability Performs automated cleaning when the instrument is shut down Helps maintain consistent data while easily switching between use of the autosampler and individual tubes Consistent data across different collection rates Physical characteristics Footprint (H x W x D): approximately 16 x 11 x 11 in.
