Description
FA5422-18-Q-3194 - Sprung Hangar Labor 1. ELECTRICAL TASKS 1.1 EXISTING ELECTRICAL 1.1.1 Remove weather proof panel from Hanger 112 and install at Hanger 106 (Sprung) and connect to existing power grid on flight line. Remove four existing light fixtures from Hangar 112 and install in Hangar 106. Remove exit lights from Hanger 112 and install inside Hanger 106. 1.1.2 Rewire and reconnect two existing electric exhaust fans in Hanger 106. 1.2 NEW ELECTRICAL WORK 1.2.1 Install eight each new explosion-proof metal halide, 400 watt, pendant light fixtures in Hangar 106. 1.2.2 Install 10 each new explosion-proof 20 amp receptacles in Hanger 106. 1.2.3 Install up to six static grounds for grounding the aircraft when staged in the hangar. 1.2.4 Install all fittings, wire, connections, and terminals to supply power to the new lighting fixtures, receptacles, and exit lights using SO cord. All connections and wiring will be secured to the Sprung structural members at a minimum of 10'-0" on center to provide a neat and secure installation. 1.2.5 All electrical equipment will be rated at 120V, 60 Hz, or 208V, 3 Phase power supply. 1.2.6 Install all grounding equipment and materials to provide NEC compliant ground for Hangar 106. 1.2.7 Construct hard wall section at vent area to allow electrical SO cord to enter Hanger 106. 2. STRUCTURAL TASKS 2.1 EXISTING FABRIC AND PANELS 2.1.1 The truss fabric is to be stretched and anchored. 2.2.2 Install two fabric covered end panels of the truss assembly. 2.2.3 Install a fabric covered "wing" panel on top of each end panel. 2.2.4 Install awning leaves underneath the truss assembly. 2.2 DOORS 2.2.1 Replace a total of 36 door trolleys (rollers) located at the top of the hangar doors. 2.2.2 Replace up to 20 wheel guides located at the bottom of the hangar doors. 3. MISCELLANEOUS 3.1. Install approximately 30 feet of flat bar to the hangar's exterior base to secure the fabric. 3.2 Install approximately 50 feet of flat bar on top of the truss assembly to secure the fabric. 4.
