- This is a Notice of Intent to issue a sole source purchase order using Simplified Acquisition Procedures for the purchase to procure and provide preventative maintenance for the M3, M6 and M9 linear accelerator and Comet 600Kev. VJ Technologies is the only authorized vendor to service or repair this proprietary equipment. Any purchase order that will be awarded under other than full and open competition as authorized by FAR 6.302-1. This is not a request for offers. A determination by the Government not to compete this procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct future competitive procurements for this item. The point of contact is Mrs. Darla A.
