- SF 1449 Cover Page RFQ19MX9018Q0019 The Contractor must develop a scaleable interactive system using smart technology that communicates how the Merida Initiative delivers support across the law enforcement and justice spectrum, and how that support impacts individuals (or recipients of Merida Initiative capacity building programs, for example migration officers, preventative police, or forensic experts), institutions (for example, penitentiary institutions) and the wider public (both Mexican and US) in accordance with the specifications and terms and conditions set forth herein. Questions are due by August 3 2018. A preposal conference call can be scheduled for August 13, 2018.
