- Description
- The purpose of this notice is to post questions received in response to the Sources Sought Notice and responses to those questions, as follows: Question 1: In regards to the detection wavelengths, the document does not specifically state wavelength requirements. Since NIR can be considered from 800nm-2200nm, two very different detectors can be used to cover part or all of this range. Can you state the specific wavelength range required for measurements? Answer 1: We are particularly interested in the range 1150 - 2200 nm. Question 2: Spectral resolution is a major consideration as well, which determines which spectrometer and gratings should be used in conjunction with the detector. What is the spectral resolution required for this application? Answer 2: The desired resolution would be not greater than 1nm. (End of Q&A)
