- PWS This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for commercial items in accordance with FAR Subpart 12.6 and FAR Subpart 13.5, as supplemented by additional information included in this notice. Defense Security Cooperation Agency Directorate of Business Operations, has a requirement to purchase Annual Subscription for ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus Professional Edition; (1) year of ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus Professional Edition. The Request for Proposal (RFP) number is HQ0798823064. The NAICS Code is 511210; the size standard is $38,500,000. Incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-99. The provision at FAR 52.209-11 Representation by Corporations Regarding Delinquent Tax Liability or a Felony Conviction under any Federal Law, FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors--Commercial Items applies to this solicitation. The provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications--Commercial Items applies to this solicitation, along with FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions--Commercial Items, FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items. The following addenda or additional terms and conditions apply: Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) rating is DO-C9.
