QC Specs Environmental Specs General Specs Bldg 10122 Floor Plans RMDF XUMU 07-1240B, Wage Determination XUMU 07-1240B, Statement of Work Solicitation FA4610-18-R-0020 Solicitation Notice -Repair Fire Suppression System, B10122 Department of the Air Force, Air Force Space Command, 30 CONS, 1515 Iceland Ave, Room 150, Vandenberg AFB, CA 93437-5212 This acquisition is a women-owned small business set aside. This Request For Proposal Solicitation Number will be a Firm-Fixed Price contract. This acquisition is being synopsized under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 238220. All other firms are deemed ineligible to submit offers. The small business size standard is $15M. The Contractor shall provide the government with the design, construction, and warranty for replacing the fire suppresssion system at Bldg 10122 on Vandenberg AFB, California. All work shall be in conformance with the requirements of the contract including furnishing all materials, labor, plant, tools, equipment, transportation, supervision, management and other services (including engineering/technical support), items and incidentals necessary thereto. The work is required in support of the 30th Civil Engineering Squadron, Base Civil Engineering activities. The Government intends to award on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis. The solicitation and subsequent amendments will be available via FedBizOpps at http://www.fbo.gov. No paper copies of the solicitation, specifications, plans or bidders mailing list will be issued from this office. All potential offerors must be registered on the FedBizOpps.gov website in order to receive notification of changes to the solicitation. Prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) in order to be eligible for award. The SAM site is https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/#1. It is important to read the solicitation completely, as there are terms and conditions that must be met by the prospective offeror in order for the proposal to be considered responsive. Any questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted via email to the points of contact listed in the solicitation. A site visit for Bldg 10122 is scheduled for Tuesday, 17 July 2018 at 9:30 AM PST at Vandenberg AFB, CA. Participants will meet at the VAFB Visitors' Center. The purpose of the site visit is to view existing conditions regarding the solicitation and is not intended for contractors to present their capabilities. Contractors wishing to attend the site visit must RSVP in writing by contacting ALL the following individuals no later than Friday, 13 July 2018 at noon PST. RAPIDGate does not work at Vandenberg AFB.** Upon receipt of the RSVP, a confirmation of receipt will be sent from one of the Government parties with further information regarding the site visit. Attendance to the site visit is not mandatory for contractors interested in proposing on the RFP; however, it is highly recommended. All questions regarding the solicitation must be submitted in writing to the individuals listed above no later than 4:30 PM PST on 23 JUL 2018. Proposals are due by 3:00 PM PST on 09 AUG 2018.
