- Full Size Plans Half Size Plans Solicitation and project specifications The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, St. Paul, Minnesota District has a requirement for the fabrication and delivery of one (1) new bulkhead at the White Rock Lake Dam located in Wheaton, MN.. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 332312; the size standard for this solicitation is 500 employees. This procurement is set-aside 100 percent for small business. This synopsis is not a request for bids, quotes or proposals. This is a notice that a solicitation for a competitive acquisition for the award of one firm-fixed price contract is intended to be issued via FedBizOpps (www.fbo.gov) in the near future.
