CHAPTER 8: FORMS AND FORMATS Page 8-2 VA Leasing Handbook - Revised Outline VETERANS AFFAIRS WANTS TO LEASE SPACE The Department of Veterans Affairs desires to lease sufficient rentable square footage to yield 4,156 rentable square feet in Alamosa, CO for use as out-patient clinical space. The current VA lease is expired and anticipates a succeeding lease at the same location, alternative proposed sites will be evaluated for moving costs, IT costs and buildout against the existing site. On-site surface parking for 10 vehicles is required. A lease for up to 10 years will be considered. The delineated area is N. Clark St. S: Main St./US Hwy 160, E. Craft Dr. / W: Del Sol Dr. A market survey of properties offered for lease will be conducted by VA.
