PRRD Coffee Mill Butte Road Repair (3) Description. The USDA Forest Service Nebraska National Forests and Grasslands has a project for Level 3 Road Maintenance and additional road repair along limited, specific portions of NFSR 702 (locally called Coffee Mill Butte Road) on the Pine Ridge Ranger District (PRRD) of the Nebraska National Forests & Grasslands. Work includes improving drainage of road with elevation of road bed, installation of a low water crossing, reduction of surrounding slope, and installation of drainage ditches. (4) Synopsis Period. 18 May 2018 through 2 June 2018 (5) Contracting Office Address. Nebraska National Forest, 125 N. Main Street, Chadron, NE 69337 (5a) Contracting Admin Office: 2150 Centre Avenue, Bldg. E, Fort Collins, CO 80526 *The Contracting Admin office (and solicitation POC) is administering this project which entails management of the solicitation, award, contract administration and closeout of a subsequent contract. Specifically, the project is within the Pine Ridge Unit of the Nebraska National Forest and is limited to an area along National Forest System Road (NFSR) 702, locally called Coffee Mill Butte Road. County: Dawes County (15) Contract Type: Firm Fixed Price (FFP). (16) Contract Award Period of Performance. The anticipated period of performance is 120 days after the notice to proceed is issued. (17) Contract Award Date. On or about 27 August 2018 (18) Contract Award Dollar Amount. It is anticipated that the range price of this contract will be (FAR 36.204): Between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. Bonding is not required for this project contract. (19) Contractor. TBD following evaluation of competitive proposals. One (1) contractor will be selected for award of a FFP, stand-alone contract. Contractor must have active registration in SAM IAW FAR 52.204-7.
