Description

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE The SAO East/NCO 6 Contracting Office, Hampton, Virginia, intends to award a sole source delivery order to Iron Bow Technologies LLC. as a result of them being an authorized reseller/distributor of Cisco Systems Inc products. The Richmond VAMC is in need of L-EX PAK s for EX90 Multisite Option Software to add to an already existing capability/function. The Cisco Systems Inc. software is the only software that will be compatible for this upgrade. Iron Bow Technologies has a mandatory use NAC vehicle (VA119-15-A-0131) that will be utilized for this procurement. This purchase will be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures and Other than Full and Open Competition as authorized by FAR 8.405-6(a)(1)(i)(B). The anticipated award date is 10 July 2018. Please note that this is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all interested parties who believe they can meet the requirements are invited to submit in writing complete information describing their ability to provide the product/services listed above. Deadline date for the submittals is 9 July 2018 at 4 pm Eastern Standard Time. A determination by the government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will be considered solely for determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
