Description

Contractor shall provide all materials, equipment, labor, supervision and expertise necessary for a Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for minor construction at the G.V.. (Sonny) Montgomery VAMC Jackson, MS 39216. Each construction project will be awarded by an individual task order issued against the basic contract and specifying work in support of real property maintenance, repair, alteration, and new construction. The contract requires a 1- hour response time during normal business hours to receive work reports and provide other engineering management services needed to accomplish individual jobs. The jobs may include tasks in a variety of trades such as, but not limited to, carpentry, electrical work, water piping, drainage piping, sewage piping, sheet metal, painting, demolition, concrete and masonry, granite repair/replacement, welding and mechanical. A performance completion period shall be determined by the individual task orders and their associated Statement of Work. Contract may require contractor to perform multiple task simultaneously on occasion. The dollar magnitude for this IDIQ is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. The individual task orders dollar magnitude will range between $2,000.00 and $500,000.00. The applicable NAICS is 236220 and size standard is $36.5 Million, however, contingent upon task orders the NAICS code vary. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). All respondents must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database (http://www.sam.gov ) and complete online Representations and Certifications at (http://www.sam.gov ), along with Vets 4212 at https://www.dol.gov/vets/vets4212.htm in order to submit offers and be eligible for award. All offerors must be listed as verified in the VIP database, available in VETBIZ at https://www.vip.vetbiz.gov/. Offerors are responsible for obtaining solicitation from vendor portal and acknowledging all amendments to the solicitation. Amendments to the solicitation may be electronically sent or posted at the vendor portal website. You must register as Interested Vendor at the Fedbizopps website for solicitation. In order to receive e-mail notification of amendments, you must register in http://www.fedbizoppsgov.com/ ; To Receive Notification for amendments. Amendments to this solicitation will not be mailed, but will be posted at the Fedbizopps website. Offerors are responsible for obtaining solicitation from Fedbizopps and acknowledging all amendments to this solicitation. Solicitation will be issued on or about July 20, 2018 with a tentative site visit around 7/27/2016. Tentative Bid Opening is projected to occur on or about August 20, 2018. This Pre-solicitation Notification is not a Solicitation. Any liability associated with the submission of information in response to this notice is the responsibility of the submitting contractor. The Government shall not be held responsible or liable for any information submitted, or for any costs associated the submitted information.
