Submitting information for this Draft RFP is voluntary, and participants will not be compensated. Your response to this Draft RFP will be treated as information only. No entitlement to payment of direct or indirect costs or charges by the Government will arise as a result of contractor submission of responses to this announcement or the Government's use of such information. This request does not constitute a solicitation for proposals or the authority to enter into negotiations to award a contract. No funds have been authorized, appropriated, or received for this effort. The information provided may be used by the AF in developing its acquisition strategy, statement of work/statement of objectives, and performance specifications. Interested parties are responsible for adequately marking proprietary or competition sensitive information contained within their response. This Draft RFP includes Government drafts of the following documents: Section L, Section M, Model Contract, Statement of Objectives (SOO), Pricing Matrix, CDRL Package, CDRL Notes, Small Business Participation Commitment Document (SBPCD) template, Proposal Cross Reference Matrix, Program Office Work Breakdown Structure (POWBS), and Government Furnished Property (GFP). These documents are available as attachments to this notice. In addition, included are Government Answers to Industry Questions in response to the Draft System Requirements Document posted 18 April 2018. A System Requirement Document is available upon request to Government contractors in accordance with DoD "For Official Use Only (FOUO)" Guidelines and Directives. Requests for the above are to be submitted to the parties listed below. Submit comments by 12:00 p.m. (noon), local time (Eastern Time), on 30 July 2018.
