- THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION ANNOUNCEMENT. Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office 21 will be issuing a Request for Quote (RFQ) for provide Midmark Exam Tables for the Community-Based Outpatient Clinic in San Jose California as further defined in the attached Salient characteristics, drawings and related documents. Please refer to the solicitation for a summary of the items requested and any additional procurement details. A Request for Quote using the following NAICS is contemplated: 339113 THIS RFQ SHALL BE 100% TOTAL SERVICE DISABLED VETERAN OWNED SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. Solicitation documents will be available on or about July 6, 2018. The solicitation will contain quote instructions. The Government intends to award a firm fixed price contract based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA).
