- RFP 47PA0118R0004 SF 1449 B.1 OFFER PRICE SHEET The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA), Public Building Services (PBS) requires a nationwide contract to provide national, regional and local real estate market and property information, which provides both macro and micro market data down to the local comparable level to properly evaluate property specific investment options for owned and leased buildings, property acquisitions and disposals nationwide. This acquisition is managed by the Office of Portfolio Management and Customer Engagement (PT), Real Property Valuation Division (PTA), but is funded by each user's organization, division, or region. The GSA/PBS intends to establish a single award, Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ). The base year and each of the four potential option years will each have a Maximum Order Limit (MOL) of 200 licenses for a total potential aggregate contract total of $8,200,000,000. Services will be procured, as necessary, by the issuance of Firm-Fixed price delivery orders. All potential offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award (www.sam.gov). See attachment for Statement of Work and Instructions for submitting responses. Offerors shall submit their proposals no later than 1:00 p.m. EST. August 6, 2018 to: Erica Pelham, Contract Specialist, erica.pelham@gsa.gov, and cc: Theophilus Hlovor, Contracting Officer, theophilus.hlovor@gsa.gov. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted. E-mail inquiries only. All questions must be submitted by email no later than 10:00 am EST, July 20, 2018 to erica.pelham@gsa.gov and cc: theophilus.hlovor@gsa.gov. The questions will be answered with an amendment to this synopsis/solicitation. Updates to this synopsis/solicitation will be posted on the FedBizOpps.gov https://www.fbo.gov.
