This solicitation is to establish a base plus four option year contract for gas nitrogen cylinders required for the VA Long Beach Healthcare System and associated Community Based Outpatient Clinics in Santa Ana, Anaheim, and Sante Fe Springs, CA. The period of performance for the base year is 8/1/2018 to 7/31/2019. In accordance with 38 USC 8127(d) Veterans First Contracting Program, and VAAR 852.215-70 Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned and Veteran-Owned Small Business Evaluation Factors, this solicitation is competed as a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business set aside.
