Description

This is not a request for competitive proposals or quotes. The VA is seeking information small business producers of online educational systems. The North Texas VA Health Care System (NTVAHCS), located at 4500 South Lancaster Road, Dallas, Texas, 75216, requests an online Training Aid System, American Association of Critical Care Nurses, Essentials of Critical Care Training Module (or equal) for Nursing Service. The Contracting Officer is seeking or equal programs. The acquisition will take place under the authority of FAR part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items, and either FAR Part 8 Required Sources of Supplies and Services, or Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 611710 Educational Support Services. Any firms who wish to identify their interests and capability to provide this equipment must notify the Contract Specialist no later than 4:00 PM EST (3:00 PM CST), 07/13/2018. Such notification must include any documentation that includes certifications and description of equipment that meets or exceeds the capabilities needed. Notification shall be e-mailed or faxed to Jessica Roman, Contract Specialist, jessica.roman@va.gov, fax: 432-517-4586. Upon receipt of any such notifications, the Contracting Officer will determine whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Contractors must be authorized distributors/deals; no grey market items will be accepted. Responses received will be evaluated, however; a determination by the Government not to compete this proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
