Description

Solicitation W56HZV-18-R-0140 Army Contracting Command - Warren (ACC-WRN) intends to negotiate and award a sole source, firm-fixed price, three year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 (only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements) to Oshkosh Defense LLC for HET M1070P1 Armor C Kits, Template Kits, and Deflector Frame and Cab Plates. The Government does not currently have a competitive Technical Data Package (TDP), which is required to manufacture the HET M1070P1 Armor C Kits, Template Kits, and Deflector Frame and Cab Plates. Although it is the Government's intent to solicit and negotiate with only one source, Oshkosh Defense LLC (Cage Code 75Q65) located in Oshkosh, WI, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. The effort is posted to notify potential subcontracting opportunities as required by FAR 5.201(c). For subcontracting opportunities, please contact Oshkosh Defense LLC.
