Description

J&A Request For Proposal The General Services Administration (GSA), Office of the Chief Information Officer (GSA-IT), has a “Name Brand” requirement for the purchase of Oracle Sun Server Maintenance Renewal. This order is conducted under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and in accordance with FAR Part 6.302, Justification and Approval for Other Than Full and Open Completion for Name Brand requirement “Oracle Sun Server Maintenance” renewal. This Request for a Proposal (RFP) is not being issued as Small Business Set Aside and does not intend to use FAR 15 Principles. Your firm is hereby invited to submit a price proposal in response to services outlined in Section 5.0 “Descriptions/Specifications” of this RFP. Proposed pricing of “Oracle Sun Server” maintenance renewal is to be offered against contractor’s current commercial list price. In responding to this RFP, it is the contractor’s responsibility to provide current, relevant, complete and accurate information in the description/specification their price proposal. Contractor shall submit the proposals electronically via email to vivian.fields@gsa.gov. The price proposal is due, Friday, July 13, 2018 by 12:00 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time (EDT).
