- J&A RFQ The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Procurement Section is issuing a combined synopsis/solicitation to purchase Cellebrite Equipment and Software. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 05-95 (13 Jan 2017). The solicitation number for this requirement is DJF-18-0600-PR-0009121 The Acquisition Technology Contracts Unit, intends to establish a single award, firm-fixed price type contract for the equipment listed below associated with this RFQ. Brand Name only will be accepted for this procurement.The Government contemplates to award a single Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) purchase order. This procurement is being conducted using the Simplified Acquisition Procedures authorized in FAR Part 13. Proposals shall be evaluated using the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable ( Brand Name Only) (LPTA) selection process
