Sources Sought Sources Sought For: Airline Electronic Engineering Committee (AEEC) Annual Membership THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL OR QUOTE. It is issued solely for information and planning purposes. It does not constitute a solicitation for bids or proposals and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government. Responses to this notice will not be returned. Respondents will not be notified of the result of the review. Responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. Not responding to this sources sought does not preclude participation in any future or potential solicitation. It is the intent of the Contracting Office to use this for market research purposes only. The Government will not reimburse the costs of preparing or submitting responses to this notice. The Air Force Material Command, Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Installation Contracting Office (AFLCMC/PZIB) at Hanscom AFB is performing market research to determine the availability, interest and capability of potential sources to provide Airline Engineering Committee Annual Membership subscription for a minimum base period of one (1) year with three (3) one-year options. DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT : The Air Traffic Systems (AFLCMC/HBAG) program requires membership into this non-federal organization, which creates commercial avionic standards. The mission of the Air Traffic Systems (ATS) is to acquireand implement airborne, space, and ground-based Communications, Navigation & Surveillance (CNS)/Air Traffic Management (ATM) solutions for safe and efficient flight operations. ATS involvement in the AEEC and the creation of the commercial avionics standards helps the Program Office to better fulfill its mission. Period of Performance : Base Year - 01 Jan 19 - 31 Dec 19. 3 Option Years - 01 Jan 20 - 31 Dec 22. NAICS: 541330 RESPONSE TO THIS NOTICE : The Government requests interested parties submit a brief statement of current capability and experience to provide these services. The Government requires that interested parties, at a minimum, supply the following information: a) Name of company b) Telephone number, Address, and email address c) NAICS code and business size (e.g. large business, small business, socio-economic status) d) Registration in the System of Award Management (SAM) and the length of time e) DUNS Number and f) CAGE Code Please respond to the following questions: 1. Have you provided this type of service to another government entity? 2. Do you have any input, comments, or questions regarding this requirement? 3. If a contract is pursued by AFLCMC/PZIB, would you be interested/capable in providing these services? If yes, how long would you suggest it take for the preparation of a quote/proposal? 4. Can you provide this membership subscription under a GSA Schedule? If yes, please list the contract number. HOW TO RESPOND : Interested parties should submit responses via email in Microsoft Word format. Interested parties should also provide the Capability Statement on an 8 1/2 x 11 inch standard paper via email. The information from interested parties should be emailed to timothy.prymak@us.af.mil with " Airline Electronic Engineering Committee (AEEC) Annual Membership" in the subject line. MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS : All vendors wishing to do business with the Government must have: 1. A current registration in the System for Award Management database, have a CAGE Code and a DUNS number, via SAM (https://www.sam.gov/) 2. Be registered in Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF) ( https://wawf.eb.mil ). WAWF training may be accessed online at http://www.wawftraining.com.
