- This is a SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. This SOURCE SOUGHT NOTICE is for the purpose of Market Research. Response to this notice will be used for information and planning purposes. No proposals or quotes are being requested or accepted with this notice. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION FOR PROPOSALS or QUOTES and NO CONTRACT SHALL BE AWARDED FROM THIS NOTICE. This notice shall NOT be construed as solicitation or as an obligation on the part of the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). Responses to this notice is not a request to be added to a prospective bidders list or to receive a copy of the solicitation. The Network Contracting Office (NCO) 16 is seeking preferably Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses, or Small Businesses (but will accept other than small business for market research purposes), capable of providing one Finapres Nova System, brand name only, for the Medical Care Line Service at the Michael E. DeBakey VA Medical Center located at 2002 Holcombe Blvd., Houston, TX, 77030-4298. See DRAFT Statement of Work for detailed description of Supplies. The NAICS code is 339112, Surgical and Medical Instrument Manufacturing, and the Size Standard is 1,000 Employees. DeBakey VA Medical Center is requesting one each Finapres NOVA to be used in the Medical Care Line service. Project Scope: The facility would like to purchase one unit. Supply Specifications Requirements: Characteristics to Include (Brand Name Only) Finapres NOVA hardware/software standard configuration consisting of: Front end unit with 3 cuffs (sizes S, M, L) and height correction system (HCU); Computation of the brachial pressure wave form and level from the finger pressure; Finapres NOVA software license; User manual; Analog Input-Output module, 2 in / 8 out; Upper arm calibration module for absolute accuracy; ECG Module with 3 lead cable (AHA) including Respiration module; Advanced Hemodynamics application; Autonomic Testing (AT) application (ECG module required); Remote PC, fully control of the Nova remotely on network. Optional modules (hardware) and application (software): Novascope software for reviewing files on a single PC; Guided Autonomic Testing. Optional accessories / extra s: Extra finger cuff (size S, M or L), price per cuff (3 each); Extra ECG 3 leads cable (AHA). Extra s: Finapres NOVA training, 1 day, on site; Service and calibration agreement for 3 years Extended warranty for 2 years. Warranty and Support: Two years equipment; three years service and calibrations. Delivery Location: Michael E.
