- Amend 01 Salient Characteristics for SEM 20180702 * *Amendment 01** The purpose of Amendment 01 is the following: 1. To update solicitation verbiage and add provisions and clauses as outlined in the paragraphs below. 2. To replace Salient Characteristics dated 20180406 with Salient Characteristics dated 20180702. Changes to the Salient Characteristics are shown in red text within the attached document. 3. Allow for Q&A. All questions or comments must be provided to the Contract Specialist, Meghann Applebay; meghann.applebay@us.af.mil, in writing via email NLT 09 Jul 2018 at 2:00 PM PST. Answers will be posted on/about 12 Jul 2018 at 2:00 PM PST. Telephone and other means of oral communication will not be permitted. 4. To extend the proposal due date from 05 Jul 2018 at 2:00 PM PST to 17 Jul 2018 at 2:00PM PST. 5. Quotes shall be valid through 30 Sept 2018. The following verbiage is hereby incorporated in this solicitation: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.
