- 36C25018Q9381 Sources Sought Notice Medication Reconciliation (MedRec) Tool Software Maintenance/Support Services This Sources Sought/Market Survey Notice under NAICS Code 541519 is being conducted by the Network Contracting Office (NCO) 10 at 8888 Keystone Crossing, Indianapolis Indiana 46240 to identify other sources that are capable of providing software maintenance and support for the Medication Reconciliation (MedRec) Tool software at eleven (11) sites and thirty (30) plus Community Based Outpatient Clinics located throughout VISN 10 (Ohio, Indiana, Michigan). Site Locations: Michigan Sites: Ann Arbor Healthcare System (506/488/799) Battle Creek VA Medical Center (515) John D. Dingle VA Medical Center (Detroit 553) Aleda E. Lutz Medical Center (Saginaw 655) Ohio Sites: Chillicothe VA Medical Center (538) Cincinnati VA Medical Center (539) Louis Stokes Cleveland VA Medical Center (541) Dayton VA Medical Center (552) Chalmers P. Wylie Ambulatory Care Center (Columbus 757) Indiana Sites: Veterans Health Indiana (Indianapolis 583) Northern Indiana Healthcare System (Both Ft. Wayne and Marion campuses 610) And thirty (30) plus Community Based Outpatient Clinics located throughout VISN 10 (Ohio, Indiana, Michigan). Required Services: Vendor must be able to perform services more than fifty percent providing software maintenance support requirements for the Medication Reconciliation (MedRec) Tool include 24 hours per day, 365 days per year help desk support by phone and email; remote and onsite software fixes when issues are detected as well as version releases, patches, and updates on a quarterly basis. The expected period of performance is a base period with four (4) option years exercisable at the Government s discretion.
