VA Solicitation #36C25918Q9626 The purpose of this amendment is to answer submitted questions and to change the solicitation close date. 1. The date of the solicitation closing date is hereby changed to 07/18/2018, 4 pm EST. 2. Questions with answers: #1 DT1 Dining table is requested to be 36x36 in the Specs, but 30x30 in the actual room by room spec, which is desired? 36 x 36 please. (I forgot to change the room spec.) #2 TT1 Mobile table is requested to be 24x30 in the Specs, but 24x36 in the actual room by room spec, which is desired? 24x 30 Please #3 LF1-A had a count of (7) in the Specs, but a count of (9) in the room by room spec, which is preferred? A total of 9 LF1-A, thanks. #4 LF1-B has a count of (8) in the Specs, but a count of (6) in the room by room spec, which is prefered? A total of 6 LF1-B Thanks. #5 MR1 asks to include (19) additional shelves in the Specs, but only (4) in the room by room spec, which is preferred? I need 36 Mailboxes so however many additional shelves to achieve this number. #6 SC1 is requested to be a 42 W cabionet in the Specs, but a 48 W in the room by room spec (which is standard), which is preferred? 42 W please. #7 Can a phasing schedule be provided? No phasing in this project. It should be done all at together. #8 Will the contractor be responsible for storing the existing furniture building 2? If so, how long would the contractor be required to store the existing furniture? No, the contractor will not be responsible for storing the furniture. However, they are responsible for relocating the furniture to Bldg. 2 in our storage room.
