Description

THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. THERE WILL NOT BE A SOLICITATION, SPECIFICATIONS, OR DRAWINGS AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME. The purpose of this amendment is to describe the required security equipment for the NFPC fence projects. Product details can be found in the following attachment: -Bridgepoint EntryPoint 2-Factor Dual Interface Reader part number 74-01-2003. See attached specification sheet: Bridgepoint EntryPoint 2F Dual Interface Reader-NEW.pdf The following system characteristics are necessary for compatibility with the existing systems: -Communicate and operate on an existing Lenel Based system -Operate on the power and communication parameters noted in specification Section 28 10 05 -Conform to dimensioning as noted on the product cut sheets. Provide a list of commercially available Dual Interface Readers, manufactured by your organization, meeting the requirements detailed above. Include the following information for each system: a.Model Number, Catalog Number, Code Number, or equivalent model designation b.Product Description c.Manufacturer ™s technical data sheets d.Information necessary to document a minimum 1-year successful field operation performance history for the installed Readers integrated with a Lenel system This is a market research tool being used to determine the availability and adequacy of potential sources prior to determining the method of acquisition and issuance of an award. The Government is not obligated to and will not pay for any information received from potential sources as a result of this synopsis. It is requested that interested vendors submit to the contracting office a brief capabilities statement package (no more than 5 pages total) demonstrating the ability to provide the product with the specifications described above. Interested Sources are invited to respond to this Source Sought by completing Attachment 1 “ Company Information and Attachment 2 “ Technical Information. The Capabilities Statement Package shall not exceed 5 pages and shall ONLY be submitted electronically to Rachel Honecker, rachel.honecker@navy.mil and MUST be limited to a 4MB attachment. You are encouraged to request a read receipt or acknowledgement via reply email. RESPONSES ARE DUE NO LATER THAN TUESDAY, 10 JULY 2018 AT 2:00 PM EASTERN TIME. LATE RESPONSES WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.
