- Attachments related to this solicitation are available at www.fedconnect.net Reference Number 140L6418Q0026 HISTORIC PALMERITA RANCH ADOBE HOUSE #2 ASSESSMENT Task:Assess foundation deficiencies at adobe structure #2 located within the confines of the historic Palmerita Ranch located in T. 11N, R. 11W, Section 17 SW ¼ NE ¼ specifically 34.297790 °, -113.422854 ° (see Figure 1). A single adobe structure (see Figures 2, 3 & 4) is in need of foundation stabilization assessment. The purpose of the project is to investigate and verify the cause of foundation failure at Adobe #2, develop a plan to repair the foundation, and provide a cost estimate associated with the proposed work.
