- Attachment contains the schedule and labor categories. B-1 BACKGROUND The San Diego Office has select areas of interest in research, development, test and evaluation (RDT&E) of certain cyber (hardware and software) technologies and activities. These areas of interest provide support to US Government in efforts in Counter-Proliferation/Counter-Terrorism, Cyber Security and other areas. This requires the San Diego Office and associated support entities, to constantly acquire, sustain, and leverage cutting edge technological capabilities, techniques, and non-traditional methodologies of integration and use. This vehicle will enable the San Diego office to transition and apply highly specialized knowledge, unique skill-sets and cutting edge software tools to Cyber RDT&E, cyber security, information aggregation, computer network engineering and other efforts as required. B-2 STATEMENT OF WORK SUBCONTRACTOR shall provide all personnel, labor, equipment, and material necessary to provide technical support services for the San Diego office. Activities shall include areas such as: 1. Technical support from specialized subject matter experts on operations, information management, communication and intelligence based systems. Support may require finished and delivered software/hardware products, including customized support architectures integrated into existing and/or fielded systems. 2. Provide innovative/non-traditional software/system engineering support to San Diego Office in the development and/or assessment of information collection, processing, analysis, and distribution systems across multiple interagency and classification domains. 3. Design, code, integrate, and test specialized software applications. 4. Provide on-demand training and subject matter expertise to government sponsors. 5. Support program and technical reviews for the purpose of coordinating activities with the San Diego location and associated project sponsors to include, but not be limited to: establishing priorities, reviewing status, setting priorities, supporting integration events, reviewing designs, and assessing readiness for testing. 6. Delivery of pre-defined software/computer-based hardware configured and specifically designed and customized according to sponsor specifications. 7. Purchase materials, as needed, to support completion of deliverables. Purchased items will vary from task to task, but categories of materials will include: - Software - Computers - Ancillary support parts and equipment Specific details of work assignments, deliverables, documentation, training, applicable standards, security clearance requirements, and classified material access shall be provided in individual task orders issued against this subcontract. SUBCONTRACTOR services shall be made available to CONTRACTOR as designated and approved through the issuance of task orders. B-3 DELIVERABLES Deliverables shall be identified in individual task orders issued against the subcontract and shall align with those activities identified in Section B-1 and B-2. B-4 CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS SUBCONTRACTOR employees shall possess a "Q" level clearances and SCI access, as applicable, for the classified work performed under this subcontract. Specific additional clearance requirements shall be delineated on individual task order requests. B-5 LOCATION OF WORK Work performed under this subcontract shall take place at the SUBCONTRACTOR's facilities and/or CONTRACTOR locations and/or CONTRACTOR-designated locations as identified on the individual task orders.
