- This is a Sources Sought Notice for Tripler Army Medical Center. This is NOT a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations. The purpose of this notice is to obtain information regarding the availability and capability of qualified sources and whether or not to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis. The NAICS code is 325413 and the successful vendor must be registered in the SAM with this NAICS. Responses to the information requested will assist the Government in determining the appropriate set-aside and acquisition method. The Regional Health Contracting Office - Pacific intends to award an Firm, Fixed-Price contract for a base period with up to four options to the successful offeror using FAR Part 12 commercial items procedures. The requirement is for a monthly fixed lease contract that includes equipment, reagents, collection devices, maintenance, and service for current established testing methods for microbial identification and resistance markers by PCR in patient samples. Equipment is the GeneXpert Infinity 48S, 32 Testing Site, fully automated system that performs random access testing for Clostridium difficile, Strep A, Strep B, MRSA, Mycobacterium tuberculosis, Enteroviral meningitis, Influenza and Respiratory Syncytial virus. Reagents shall be compatible with this system to remain compliant with prevailing established testing methodology. Interested vendors may submit in writing their capabilities and qualifications demonstrating their ability to fulfill the requirement identified in this notice. Responses to this notice should include company name, address, and telephone number, point of contact (POC), and brochures which will allow the Government to understand your offerings and options. Capability statements should be submitted to the attention of Donna Tomita, Contract Specialist, email donna.f.tomita.civ@mail.mil. Telephone responses will not be accepted. Responses must be received no later than 13 Jul 2018 at 10:00 AM Hawaii Standard Time.
