- Specifications of ATEC Exhibit Booth The Army Contracting Command-Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG) is issuing a solicitation for the US Army Evaluation Center (AEC) for a single-award firm fixed price contract with no option years. The US Army Evaluation Center is seeking a qualified vendor to custom design and manufacture an Exhibit Booth in accordance with the specifications within this Statement of Work (SOW) and to provide contractor support at five (5) known events within this SOW. The objective of the Exhibit Booth design effort is to design a Booth that is aesthetically pleasing and portray the ATEC HQs and all subordinate commands. The attached Statement of Work (SOW) further outlines the Government's minimum requirements. Vendors must submit a proposal and include at least two designs in response to the solicitation. The requirement is set aside for Small Businesses under NAICS 339950 Sign Manufacturing with a size standard of 500 employees. Only Offerors registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) as Small Business under NAICS 339950 may submit a proposal and designs. Offerors who must update their SAM record to the above NAICS code, please be advised that a notarized letter maybe required. Please refer to SAM.gov for more details about this updated policy. Award will be made to the lowest priced responsible and responsive offeror. The offeror's proposal must responds to all of the requirements of the Request for Proposal (RFP) and as well as their proposed designs. In addition, the offeror's designs must be the most visually appealing and represent the U.S. Army Test and Evaluation Command's mission, structure, and organization. The online version of the Request for Proposal (RFP) includes all documents of the solicitation package. No hard copy of the solicitation will be issued. Proposals cannot exceed more than 12 pages and no more than 2 designs can be included. Tiffany N. Other documents, as necessary, will be posted when available. All proposals must be received by the Government POC named above before 5:00 pm EST on 10 July 2018 in accordance with the RFP instructions.
