- Special Notice: The U.S. Department of Commerce (DOC), National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), National Weather Service (NWS), National Reconditioning Center (NRC) awarded a Purchase Order for evaluation and repair services for the following equipment: 10 each SPS ASSEMBLY, MKIIA, SIPPICAN PN: 9019-040 W ACCESSORIES PWR CABLE & 4 JUMPERS, ASN: J700-1A3A7-1A1 to Lockheed Martin Sippican, Inc. Sole Source Justification: The Government only knows of one source, the original equipment manufacturer (OEM), Lockheed Martin Sippican, Inc. only the OEM is authorized or capable of repairing the SPS Assembly, MKIIA. This SPS assembly was manufactured by Lockheed Martin Sippican for Intermet. Because this effort was a commercial project, the U.S. Government does not possess the data or repair rights to this item.
