Seismic Offer Forms USDA Facility Signage Guide GSA 12000 - PRELEASE FIRE PROTECTION AND GSA 1217 - Lessor's Annual Cost Statement 1364 A - Proposal to Lease Space GSA Form 3518 - Reps and Certs GSA Form 3517B - General Clauses GSA Form 3516 - Solicitation Provisions Facility Security Level I - Cybersecurity USDA CTS Requirements Agency Specific Requirements - Eufaula, OK Draft Global Lease - L100 - Eufaula, OK The Natural Resources Conservation Service, USDA is seeking to lease a maximum of 1,157 rentable square feet yielding 958 ANSI/BOMA office area square feet of fully serviced office space in Eufaula, OK. Space offered must be within the following delineated area: North: E114 Road (Texanna Road) South: E1260 Road East: HWY 71 West: N4130 Road and must meet all state and local building regulations and Architectural Barriers Act Accessibility Standards (ABAAS). New or existing space with renovations will be considered.. Space must be available for occupancy no later than October 31, 2018. All services, supplies, utilities, and janitorial (full service lease) are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. The lease term is 15 years. The lease will have a 120-day termination clause. The Government is looking for space that is most economically advantageous and technically sound. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternate space that potentially can satisfy the Government's requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime. Expression of Interest should be received by 07/23/2018 and include the following: 1. Building name and address, or site location and approximate address (if known) 2. Location of space within building 3. Rentable square feet offered and full-service rental rate per square foot 4. List of building services provided 5. Total ANSI/BOMA usable square feet office area (ABOA) and the building common area factor 6. Amount of onsite paved parking available; parking lot must be able to accommodate pull-thru trailers and oversized vehicles 7. Energy efficiency and renewable energy features existing within the building 8. Building ownership information 9.
