- SF18 Solicitation Information All quotes/responses shall be submitted via email to Maria Sproul at maria.sproul@navy.mil no later than 11:00 AM Eastern Standard Time on 11 July 2018. Solicitation N0042118Q0471 is issued as a sole source. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis, and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on a sole source basis with Pratt Whitney Measurement Systems, Inc. for eval/repairs of Supermicrometers listed, under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) by FAR Part 13.106-1(b). This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Offerors must be registered in SAM.GOV database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract. This may be accomplished electronically at http://www.SAM.gov. This is a firm fixed-price procurement; therefore, the offeror's initial offer should represent the vendor's best quote in terms of price and technical acceptability.
