- ATTACHMENT C PRICING ATTACHMENT A SITE LAYOUT ATTACHMENT B LIST OF VEHICLES AND EQUIPMENT SUBJECT: Solicitation Number 951700 -18-R-0082 to provide b uilding and grounds services to support operations and maintenance of the Broadcasting Board of Governors/International Broadcasting Bureau (BBG/IBB) its IBB Transmitting Station facilities, São Tomé Service Transmitting Station, Democratic Republic of São Tomé e Principle, West Africa The Broadcasting Board of Governors/International Broadcasting Bureau i nvites you to submit a proposal for providing Building and grounds services to support operations and maintenance of the Broadcasting Board of Governors/International Broadcasting Bureau (BBG/IBB) its IBB Transmitting Station facilities. If you would like to submit a proposal, please refer to Section L - Solicitation Provisions and read carefully in order to understand how to submit a proposal and submit it at jbumbray@bbg.gov. Proposals not complying with the requirements specified in Section L may be deemed as incomplete and may be excluded from further consideration. The BBG/IBB intends to award the contract to the lowest priced, technically acceptable offerer, who is a responsible contractor (See Section M on Evaluation Factors). We intend to award a contract order based on initial proposals, without holding discussions, if necessary we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range. For a proposal to be considered, you must complete and submit t he following electronically: 1. SF-1449 (blocks 17, 24 and 30). Block 24 should list the total value of the quote for the base period and the option years. 2. Section 1, The Schedule, Prices, Page 4 of the solicitation. 3. Additional information as required in Attachment C. Questions concerning this solicitation should be sent in writing to Mr. Jose Bumbray at jbumbray@bbg.gov latest by July 11, 2018. Questions must be written in English. No questions will be entertained after July 11, 2018. All contractors have to be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to contract award pursuant to FAR provision 5.207. Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals. Your proposal must be submitted electronically at the e-mail address jbumbray@bbg.gov. The deadline for submission of offers is 5 p.m. on or before July 17, 2018. No proposal will be accepted after this time. Proposals received after the due time and date shall be dealt with in accordance with the procedures in FAR provision 52.212-l (f).
