- Attachment 10 - Submittal Register 19AQMM18R0139 Amendment #2 19AQMM18R0139 Responses to Questions This is a Solicitation Notice of the US Government's intent to issue a solicitation for the installation of air-conditioning and ventilation system including electric connections for installation, the ducts and the supporting system for equipment with one (1) year maintenance of the system, located at the Comayagua city, Honduras. The order of magnitude for this requirement is between $250,000 and $500,000. The estimated period of performance is 90 calendar days. This acquisition will be issued under full and open procedures. Award of Firm-Fixed Price Construction Type Contract is anticipated within 120 days of proposal receipt ** IMPOETANT SCHEDULES** 1. Site Visit request is due May 24, 2018 at 12:00 PM EDT 2. Pre-proposal Conference and Site Visit will be held on May 28, 2018 at 09:00 AM CST 3. Questions regarding Solicitations are due June 06, 2018 at 12:00 PM EDT 4. Proposals are due July 13, 2018 at 12:00 PM EDT. ______________________________________________________________ UPDATE (June 11, 2018) Amendment #1 is hereby attached on June 11, 2018 to: 1.
