Description

Notice of Intent to Sole Source AHIMA Convention 2018 The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Program Contract Activity Central (PCAC) intends to solicit to only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106, Soliciting from a Single Source. The VA intends to solicit to American Health Information Management Association (AHIMA) to provide registrations for the AHIMA convention. The registration will permit attendance to the AHIMA convention to be held in Miami Florida, on September 22-26, 2018. Registration will include: General Sessions Exhibit Hall Entry Educational Sessions on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday Sunday evening Welcome Reception Ticket This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. No solicitation document is available and telephone requests will not be accepted. However, any responsible source who believes it is capable of meeting the requirement may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency, only if received by the closing date and time of this notice. A determination not to compete the proposed requirement based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
