Description
1.0. GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE SERVICE REQUIREMENTS 1.1. The vendor shall provide the service support for either over-the-phone or on-site technical support, troubleshooting and replacement of equipment for the 114th Signal Battalions Avaya S8700 switch and Intuity Audix voice mail. The 114th Signal Battalion's Switch Systems voice-communications network serves over 500 voice extension mail boxes and 36 ports (stations and trunks), using the Avaya Intuity Audix Voice Mail System, Lucent Model MAP-40. The current distributed voice network is comprised of __1__ Avaya Definity and Communications Manager Media server(s) in a hybrid DCS/VoIP environment, with _11__ remote Expansion Port Networks (EPNs) and gateways. These services shall be provided on a time & material basis for servicing the AVAYA Communications Manager PBX for a Base year of 12 months. Capacity and configuration data is attached. 1.2. Contractor shall provide Avaya qualified personnel to assist in the troubleshooting / repair or maintenance of the 114th Signal Battalion Avaya S8700 telephone switch or Lucent Intuity Audix Voice Mail System, located at Raven Rock Mountain Complex, Adams County, Pennsylvania. 1.3. The contractor shall be able to administer, troubleshoot and maintain an Avaya S8700 telephone switch, at version 2.0.1, to include Center Stage Switch and IP connectivity between cabinets; DS1, ISDN, Digital and Analog telephone circuit cards; G700 Media Gateway programming and connectivity; IP telephone troubleshooting; ARS/AAR routing; Uniform Dial Plan (UDP); Call Detail Reporting (CDR); CLAN/MedPro board programming and connectivity; and other miscellaneous circuit board and connectivity issues. 1.4. The contractor shall be able to administer, troubleshoot and maintain a Lucent Intuity Audix MAP 40 voice mail system to include: alarms, connectivity, hardware replacement, system programming and other miscellaneous software issues relating to the proper operation of the model MAP-40 voice mail system. 1.5. The contractor shall provide full coverage during normal duty or standard business hours 8am to 5 Monday through Friday. The Vendor(s) shall be able to be contacted in an emergency to provide maintenance and support services 24 hours per day, 7 days a week, 365 days per year via telephone. The contractor shall provide Remote Monitoring of the Avaya S8700 Switch System 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, and 365 days per year (24X7X365). 1.6. The contractor shall provide remote access for Major Alarms and 114th Signal Battalion requested system calls within 30 minutes. 1.7. The contractors PCN's will be issued and identified as technician, remote or customer installable and with a classification of 1, 2 or 3 depending on the product, level of severity and complexity of the update. 1.8. The contractor's full maintenance coverage shall include installation for remote and technician installable Product Correction Updates at no charge during Standard or Normal Business Hours. Hardware upgrades shall be provided on a cost reimbursable basis to the contractor when approved in writing by the contracting officer. 1.9. The Period of Performance shall be 1 year(365 days), beginning o/a 7 Sep 2018 to 6 Sep 2019.
