Description

INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE NOTICE This is not a request for quotes or proposals. VA Medical Center in Lebanon, Pennsylvania has a need for Laboratory Diagnostic Tuberculosis Testing, specifically TSpot testing services at their facility. The contractor shall furnish all necessary shipping materials, daily courier service, laboratory test results and monthly written reports, etc. to the Contracting Officer Representative (COR). The laboratory shall be Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments of 1988 (CLIA) accredited and College of American Pathologists certified. Contractor must provide TSpot testing services. Evidence of meeting these qualifications shall be submitted with the offer and will comply with any amendments and future requirements published. Failure to maintain these standards or equivalent standards may be grounds for termination of this Contract. Network Contracting Office 4, supporting VAMC Lebanon, Pennsylvania, intends to enter into sole source negotiations with Oxford Immunotec, Inc. for this requirement citing authority defined under Federal Acquisition Regulations 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source. The contract is expected to last one year in duration with two, one year option periods. The NAICS code is 621511. Refer any statements and/or inquiries to: Maureen Jordan at Maureen.Jordan@va.gov.
